1. Terms Used1.1. The Parties have agreed to use the following terms in this Agreement with the meanings set forth below:1.1.1. Acceptance – full and unconditional consent of the Customer to conclude this Agreement on the terms specified in the Offer without any exceptions, limitations, or reservations in accordance with Part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.1.1.2. Customer – an individual who has full legal capacity, who will independently receive services or who is a parent/guardian/legal representative of a child or a benefactor who has placed an Order, paid for it, and gained access to educational services at the School, upon acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as "Parents"). The Customer may also be an organization that pays for the education of Students.1.1.3. Performer – "International Online School of Ukrainian Language and Culture TSVIT", a project of the individual entrepreneur Lesia Yevhenivna Duda, Lviv, Kn. Sviatoslav Square, 5/74, which provides Services under this Public Agreement (hereinafter – School, School "TSVIT", School, "We", "Our").1.1.4. Agreement – a legal act concluded in the form of a contract of accession in accordance with Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the provision of services, the conditions of which are established by the Performer and which can only be concluded by the accession of the Customer to the proposed Agreement as a whole.1.1.5. Offer – a proposal from the Performer addressed to an individual in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to conclude a contract with him for the provision of services on the terms of an accession agreement.1.1.6. Services – educational online services in accordance with the School's educational programs aimed at the study and improvement of knowledge by the Customer or Student in Ukrainian language, culture, literature, history, and related disciplines.1.1.7. Order – a formalized, confirmed, and paid application of the Customer for receiving Services, addressed to School "TSVIT". The first order requires confirmation of payment for Services by the Customer, all subsequent orders are made by automatic debit from the Customer's account by the payment system WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy for further receipt of the same type of Services until cancellation of receipt (Services) by the Customer. Details of refusal to receive Services and cancellation of the Order are defined in Section 5 of this Public Agreement.1.1.8. Parents – father and/or mother, adoptive parents, guardians, caregivers, foster parents, foster parents-teachers, and other legal representatives of a child receiving educational services at the School.1.1.9. Student (Students), Recipient – an individual who receives educational services at the School.1.1.10. Personal Data – information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable individual.1.1.11. Consent of the personal data subject – voluntary expression of will by the Customer, who gives permission for the processing of their personal data and the data of the Recipient in accordance with the purpose of processing.1.1.12. Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use, and dissemination (distribution, provision, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.1.1.13. Website – the web page https://tsvitedu.com.ua/, all its links, and content.
2. General Provisions2.1. School "TSVIT" posts this Public Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the page of the Website: https://tsvitedu.com.ua/publichna-oferta.2.2. In accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is a Public Offer (a proposal to conclude a contract on the terms set forth herein without the right to change them), and upon acceptance (acceptance) of the conditions set forth below, any capable individual or legal entity that makes payment for an Order automatically becomes a party to this Agreement and undertakes to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.2.3. By accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they are fully acquainted with and agree to its terms, and also consent to the processing of their Personal Data by School "TSVIT", its counterparts, lawyers, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, enabling settlements, and providing Services. The consent to the processing of Personal Data is valid for the entire term of the Agreement. The provisions regarding the collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of personal data are set forth in Section 12 "Privacy Policy".2.4. School "TSVIT" reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement. In the event of significant changes to the Agreement, the School provides additional notice to the Customer by email. The changes take effect from the moment the updated version of the Agreement is posted on the Website, as indicated by the Performer.2.5. If the Customer does not agree with this Agreement or any part thereof and/or with the changes made to it, the Customer should immediately cease using the Website and consuming the Services provided by School "TSVIT".3. Subject Matter of the Agreement3.1. School "TSVIT" undertakes, under the terms and in the manner defined by this Agreement, to provide Services based on the payment of the Order by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes, under the terms and in the manner defined by this Agreement, to pay for the Services and receive them in full.3.2. School "TSVIT" guarantees and undertakes to provide Services to Customers after their payment in the amount corresponding to the selected Service.3.3. This Agreement is concluded by the unconditional accession of the Customer to this Agreement, that is, by accepting (accepting) the terms of this Agreement by the Customer without any conditions, exceptions, amendments, and reservations, which occurs automatically after the actual payment of the Order by the Customer and receipt of the payment to the School's account. Subsequent objections by the Customer regarding the provision of their consent in this manner relieve School "TSVIT" of any liability for non-performance of the terms of this Agreement.3.4. The place of conclusion of this Agreement is determined by the location of School "TSVIT".
4. Order of Service Provision, Characteristics, and Delivery of Services4.1. School Programs and Service Characteristics4.1.1. Classes at the "TSVIT" School combine lessons in Ukrainian language, literature, and culture. The primary focus is on developing the student's language competence; therefore, the curriculum includes work on expanding vocabulary, correcting pronunciation, reading, and listening in Ukrainian. The proprietary program of the "TSVIT" school is developed through the integration of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) provisions (introduced in the 2018-2019 academic year in Ukraine) and the school's teachers' proprietary program based on the methodology of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language and Ukrainian as a heritage language (according to the current General Education Standard for Ukrainian as a foreign language (levels: A1, A2; B1, B2; C1) and the Comprehensive Programs for Ukrainian as a foreign language, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 24.06.2014 No. 750). The school offers three programs: "Full Program," "Basic Program," and "Individual Program."4.1.2. Training under the "Full Program" includes: 3 (three) online Ukrainian language lessons per week integrating information about Ukrainian literature, history, culture, and traditions; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attendance at the school's Saturday meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of educational recommendations.4.1.3. Training under the "Basic Program" includes: 2 (two) online Ukrainian language lessons per week integrating information about Ukrainian literature, history, culture, and traditions; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attendance at the school's Saturday meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of educational recommendations.4.1.4. Training under the "Individual Program" involves individually determining the number of lessons per week according to a personally developed curriculum and educational goals; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attendance at the school's Saturday meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of educational recommendations.4.1.5. Homework may be in the form of recommendations: to watch a video, read/listen to certain material, think about an answer to a question, etc. If deemed necessary by the teacher, the student may receive personalized homework. At the end of each topic, the Client receives materials for reinforcing the material covered via email.4.1.6. The school's Saturday meetings are online meetings dedicated to Ukrainian literature, culture, history, and traditions; the meetings may take the form of workshops, book clubs, conversation clubs, and film clubs, quizzes, etc. Attendance at the school's Saturday meetings is optional. At the beginning of the calendar month, the school publishes an event schedule for the month on social networks. The schedule indicates the recommended age of participants and language level; if necessary, it includes a list of tools and/or supplies needed for the workshop. Information about possible changes (postponements, cancellations, additions of new events) will also be published on the school's social media pages and in the school's messaging groups.To participate in a Saturday meeting, a short registration in a Google form must be completed no later than 2 hours before the start of the meeting - this information is needed by the event moderator for quality technical organization of the meeting. All Saturday meetings are recorded on video, which will be used to create the school's report and promotional materials. The Client may request to blur the student in the final promotional video by writing a free-form email to the school at .moc.liamg%40au.ude.tivst4.1.7. The learning format at the school is group-based. The number of people in groups ranges from 2 to 6. Training under the "Individual Program" can involve teaching one person or several people (e.g., several children from one family).Formation of study groups in the school is based on three criteria: 1) the actual language level of the Client, determined according to the international classification of foreign language proficiency levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2); 2) the age of the Client – 3-4 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-14 years, 15-18 years, adults; 3) time zone according to the place of residence. A separate group in the school is "Native Speakers" – usually, members of this group are students who are proficient in the Ukrainian language and knowledge of Ukrainian culture at a high level, identifying Ukrainian as their native language.The optimal group for the student's learning is proposed by the school based on the results of trial lessons. The school has the right to transfer the student to another group to improve the learning process and the expected results of the Client. The school notifies the Client of its proposal one week before the proposed transfer date. The school is not required to notify other Clients about the addition of other students to the group.4.1.8. Trial lessons. The "TSVIT" school offers the Client two free trial lessons within one week, the first of which is individual, and the second is in the proposed group. After the trial period, the school provides the Client with recommendations regarding the study group.4.1.9. The duration of lessons at the school is 45 minutes for students aged 7 and older; 30-35 minutes for students aged 4 to 6; 20-25 minutes for students aged 3-4. The lesson duration for preschoolers can be shortened or extended within the specified time frames at the teacher's discretion for each specific lesson, considering the student's readiness for the learning process.4.1.10. Learning to achieve one language level takes one year. The standard frequency of classes for the expected result is three times a week, plus additional attendance at the school's Saturday meetings. Based on the psychological and pedagogical conclusions, the school may transfer the student to a group with a higher language level earlier than one academic year to achieve educational goals.4.1.11. The educational process includes photo and video projects involving the school and its students, dedicated to significant events and national holidays (e.g., Vyshyvanka Day, Ukrainian Language and Literacy Day, etc.). The project results will be used: 1) in the school's internal communications: demonstration in school lessons and publication in parent groups in messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp); 2) for external communication - on the school's official social media pages as promotional material. If the Client does not consent to the publication of these materials on social media, they must write an email in free form to the school at .moc.liamg%40au.ude.tivst4.1.12. Holidays and Days OffThe school has winter and summer holidays lasting approximately 2-3 weeks. The school sends the holiday dates to Clients in chat messengers and to the email addresses provided during registration.The school has a set list of days off for the specific year, based on Ukrainian labor legislation and the school's ideological principles. The days off correspond to the time zone in Ukraine. The list of days off may change in case of changes in the military-political situation in Ukraine. Lessons that fall on an official day off are not rescheduled. The school sends the dates of the days off to Clients in chat messengers and to the email addresses provided during registration.4.1.13. If a situation arises where the Client needs to take a forced break from training, they must notify the school at least three days before the start of the break. The minimum duration of the break is 14 days. The maximum duration of the break is 30 days. During the break, payment for training is suspended and will be reactivated upon returning to training. If the Client does not return to training after the break or fails to notify or timely notify of their absence from lessons, the remaining payment is not refunded to the Client.
4.2. Procedure for Placing an Order
4.2.1. Services are provided to the Customer only after payment through the WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy payment systems. The Customer is informed about the start of service provision through chat messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp) using the contact information provided when placing the order.
4.2.2. A mandatory prerequisite for placing an order is the review and acceptance of the terms of this Public Service Agreement.
4.2.3. The Customer pays the cost of the Services for 1 (one) month in advance. The service period is from the date of payment to the same date of the following month.
4.2.4. Within 24 (twenty-four) working hours from the moment of payment, the Service Provider contacts the Customer as per clause 4.2.1 of this Agreement and provides details for further receipt of Services by the Customer.
4.2.5. From the moment the Order is placed, the Customer consents to and agrees to the processing of their personal data provided during the Order placement for the purpose of ensuring the possibility of providing the Services, as well as for informational servicing of the Customer.
4.3. Procedure for Providing Services
4.3.1. Within 24 hours of payment, the Customer receives from the School a learning schedule in the form of a Google form, which must be filled out. Failure to fill out the Google form releases the School from responsibility for the Customer's lack of awareness of the provided information.
4.3.2. The Customer receives the service in accordance with the terms and content of the chosen and paid training program: "Full Program," "Basic Program," "Individual Program."
4.3.3. The Customer gains access to communication channels in messengers: - Viber - WhatsApp - TelegramThe same information will be published in all channels; the Customer can join the channel that is most functional for them.
4.3.4. The Customer receives online support from the School from 12:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time in the specified messengers – Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram. The contact phone number of the School is +38 098 325 66 15.
4.3.5. The Customer receives a written current analysis of the learning process from the School 2-4 months after the service order.
4.3.6. If necessary, the Customer and the School can initiate an online meeting to discuss the results and learning plans.
5. Price and Payment Procedure for Services
5.1. The price of each individual Service, depending on its scope, is determined by the "TSVIT" School and specified in this Agreement. The cost of training for the "Full Program" is 165 USD/month, which includes: 3 (three) online Ukrainian language lessons per week with integration of information about Ukrainian literature, history, culture, and traditions; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attending Saturday School meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of learning recommendations.
The cost of training for the "Basic Program" is 123 USD/month, which includes: 2 (two) online Ukrainian language lessons per week with integration of information about Ukrainian literature, history, culture, and traditions; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attending Saturday School meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of learning recommendations.
The cost of 1 (one) lesson for the "Individual Program" is from 15 USD, which includes individually determined number of lessons per week according to a personally developed training program and educational goals; lesson materials with active links to online resources; attending Saturday School meetings; feedback on the learning process and progress in the form of psychological and pedagogical conclusions and a list of learning recommendations.
5.2. Services are provided to the Customer only after 100% prepayment.
5.3. The order is considered paid by the Customer when the necessary amount has been credited to the account of the "CVIT" School.
5.4. The first order is paid in cashless form through the WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy payment system. The rules for using Fondy can be found at the link: [https://fondy.ua/uk/legal/public-offer/](https://fondy.ua/uk/legal/public-offer/) in the "Public Contract" section. The "CVIT" School is not responsible for failures, malfunctions in the WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy payment system.
5.5. Subsequent orders are paid automatically every 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the second payment of Services from the Customer's account from which the first payment was made. The price of the services may be changed by the Executor depending on the date of service provision, which the School informs the Customer 30 days in advance by sending a message to the email address specified by the Customer and/or by communication through the chat messenger (using the contact information provided when placing the order).
5.6. If the Customer agrees to the change in the price of the Services, the Customer places a new Order through the WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy payment system. If the Customer does not agree with the change in the price of the Services and does not place a new Order, the Executor reserves the right to cancel the Order and stop providing the Services from the month in which the price change of the services occurred and the new Order was not placed.
5.7. Every 26-28 calendar days after making the second payment for the Services, the Customer receives a reminder letter from the Executor about payment for the Services to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. The reminder letter clearly states the instructions on how to refuse the Services and accordingly cancel the automatic payment for the Services.
5.8. To cancel automatic debits for the provision of Services, the Customer must notify the School no later than 5 (five) working days before the date of the next payment. If the Customer does not timely notify the School of their desire to cancel automatic debits, the Customer has the right within 3 (three) calendar days after the automatic payment of the Services price to send the Executor a request for a refund of 97% of the corresponding payment amount. The refund is made to the Customer's card from which the Services were automatically paid, and the refund period may take up to 3 (three) weeks. If the Customer fails to meet the deadlines specified in this paragraph, the cost of the Services is not refunded by the Executor.
5.9. In the event of a forced break in the Customer's training, about which they notified according to clause 4.1.13 of this Agreement, the payment for the training is suspended and will be activated after returning to training. If the Customer does not return to training after the break or does not notify or fails to timely notify about the absence from the lessons, the remaining payment is not refunded to the Customer.
5.10. If there are insufficient funds in the Customer's account, which was selected by the Customer when placing the Order, to debit the cost of the Services for their provision, or for other reasons for which the Services were not paid, the Executor has the right to suspend the provision of the respective Services until their payment by the Customer.
5.11. Payment of any commissions related to the payment of the cost of Services is made by the Customer at their own expense at the rates in effect at the time of payment according to the terms of their bank or payment system.
5.12. All taxes and fees related to the performance of this Agreement, fees in the territory of the Parties' country, as well as expenses related to the performance of this Agreement, the Parties bear according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.13. If the Customer receives the Services for the first time and if the quality or scope of the Services does not satisfy the Customer, the Customer has the right within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment of the Order to notify the School through the chat messenger and request a refund of 50% of the corresponding payment amount. The refund period of 50% of the paid price of the Services to the Customer in such a case is up to 3 (three) weeks. If the Customer fails to meet the deadlines specified in this paragraph, the cost of the Services is not refunded by the Executor.
5.14. The Customer has the right to refuse the Agreement and demand a refund of the paid cost of the Services in cases provided for by clause 5 of this Agreement or if the Customer did not receive the Services and the Executor did not timely commence the provision of the Service and did not notify about the postponement/change of the start date of the Service provision. In all other cases, the refund of the cost of the Services is impossible.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Customer/Student
6.1. The Customer is obliged to fully comply with the terms of this Agreement and not to take actions aimed at destabilizing the learning process.
6.2. The Customer must pay for the Services at the prices determined by the Executor.
6.3. The Customer is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with this Agreement, as well as to familiarize themselves with the information on the Website related to the provision of Services, including changes and additions to this Agreement.
6.4. The Customer must indicate in the personal account complete and reliable data about themselves.
6.5. The Customer must not, by any actions, damage the School's information and technical systems and devices, as well as the information in them.
6.6. The Customer must not attempt to gain access to the School's information and technical systems and devices by means other than through the School's Website.
6.7. The Customer must promptly notify the School about all cases of unauthorized access to the Customer's personal data by third parties.
6.8. The Customer has the right to receive the Service paid by them according to the chosen training program within the time specified in this Agreement and/or on the School's Website.
6.9. The Customer has the right to notify the Executor about changes and additions to the conditions of providing the Services, and the Executor undertakes to review and provide their position regarding the appropriateness of such changes.
6.10. The Customer has the right to terminate this Agreement under the conditions provided in this Agreement.
7. Rights and Responsibilities of the Executor
7.1. The main obligation of the "TSVIT" School is to provide services to Customers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
7.2. In the event of systematic (3 or more) violations of the provisions of this Agreement by the Customer, the School has the right to restrict or terminate the Customer's access to services at any time. The "TSVIT" School is not liable for any material or moral damages to the Customer in the event of such restriction or suspension of access to the Services.
7.3. The "TSVIT" School has the right to send messages to Customers' email addresses and/or chat messengers on the phones provided when placing the Order, including organizational, technical, informational, advertising, or other information that does not violate the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.4. The "TSVIT" School is obligated not to use for illegal purposes or disclose to third parties any confidential or personal information of the Customer, except in cases where such disclosure is the School's obligation under the legislation of Ukraine.
7.5. The "TSVIT" School has the right to unilaterally change this Agreement in whole and/or amend certain clauses of this Agreement at any time. The School is obligated to notify Customers of any changes if they affect the price of services, the scope of services, or other significant terms of the Agreement. The updated Agreement will be posted on the Website with the update date indicated in the upper corner of the page.
7.6. The "TSVIT" School is obligated to provide feedback to the Customer regarding the learning process in the format of a pedagogical-psychological analysis of the Student's learning process. The frequency of providing the report: every two to three months (four months under justified circumstances agreed upon by the Executor and the Customer) from the moment the services are ordered by the Customer. The report also includes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of learning. After reviewing the report, the Customer has the right to request an online meeting to discuss the report results and formulate questions related to the learning process.
7.7. The "TSVIT" School has the right to involve third parties (contractors) to improve and enhance the quality of services provided to Customers.
7.8. The "TSVIT" School has the right to make audio/video recordings of the service provision to improve the quality of services. The recorded materials will also be used to create educational reports and may be used to prepare presentation materials for publication on the official pages of the School in social networks. If the Customer does not consent to audio/video recording, they must notify the School in writing within 24 hours of payment for the service by sending an email to: .moc.liamg%40au.ude.tivst
Responsibility. Limitation of Liability8.1. The "TSVIT" School and the Client are responsible for fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.8.2. The "TSVIT" School is not responsible for improper, untimely provision of Services under this Agreement in the event of the Client providing inaccurate or incorrect information when placing an Order.8.3. The "TSVIT" School is not responsible for:• the mismatch of the content of the Service with the Client's expectations;• delays and interruptions in the provision of Services due to reasons beyond the control of the Contractor;• illegal actions carried out by the Client using access to the Services;• the Client transferring their network identifiers to third parties;• failures in the WayForPay / LiqPay / Fondy payment system;• the Client transferring their Personal Data to payment systems.
Force Majeure9.1. The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement if such non-fulfillment was caused by force majeure circumstances that affected the ability of the Party to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement.9.2. Such circumstances include: wars, officially declared war alarms related to the risk of missile attacks, natural disasters, strikes, fires, adverse weather conditions in the form of natural disasters, traffic accidents, riots and uprisings, legislative acts issued by legislative and/or executive authorities, including decrees of local government bodies, interruptions in the electricity supply network, hacker attacks, website viruses, and other circumstances affecting the quality and timely fulfillment of the conditions of this Agreement.9.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances that make it impossible to timely and qualitatively fulfill the obligations under this Agreement, the Parties are obliged to notify each other in writing as soon as possible (within 3 days) from the occurrence of the force majeure and, if necessary, request official confirmation of the situation from the other party.9.4. Failure to notify or late notification deprives the party of the right to refer to any of the above circumstances as a basis for exemption from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement.9.5. If the force majeure circumstances and their consequences continue for more than 20 days, the Parties will promptly conduct negotiations to identify alternative ways to fulfill the Agreement and reach a corresponding agreement. In such a case, the Parties take measures to conduct mutual settlements.9.6. If the force majeure circumstances continue for more than one month, each party has the right to terminate this Agreement, and in this case, neither party has the right to claim compensation for damages caused by the termination of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights10.1. Content and any other intellectual property objects posted on the https://tsvitedu.com.ua/ website and related to the Services, including but not limited to software code, trademarks, design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds, other objects and their selections, as well as the Site itself, are the intellectual property of the Contractor and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Ukraine, as well as relevant international agreements and conventions.10.2. Intellectual property rights to educational materials used by the Contractor during the provision of educational services, including but not limited to images, videos, logos, graphics, sounds, belong to the Contractor. The Contractor also uses intellectual property objects that may belong to other persons based on the relevant license, agreement, or other lawful basis.10.3. By granting the right to use the Client and the Recipient the intellectual property objects for the purposes of this Agreement, the Contractor does not transfer any intellectual property rights to such objects and does not grant permission to use them for purposes other than those specified in the Agreement.10.4. Access to content and any other intellectual property objects posted on the https://tsvitedu.com.ua/ website is provided exclusively for personal non-commercial use without the right to reproduce (including copying/downloading/saving) such objects into the Client's and/or Recipient's memory, without the right to distribute the content on the Internet, and without the right to any other use not provided for by this Agreement, including sale, modification, distribution in whole or in part (elements).
Dispute Resolution Procedure11.1. In the event of disputes or disagreements related to this Agreement, the Parties make every effort to resolve them through negotiations, observing the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure.11.2. All claims, suggestions, and comments will be considered by the "TSVIT" School if they are in writing and sent to the "TSVIT" School's email address within 1 (one) month from the date the Client sent the letter.11.3. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, such disputes will be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine at the location of the "TSVIT" School.
Privacy Policy12.1. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the rights defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI, with amendments and additions.12.2. The information provided by the Client is confidential. The "TSVIT" School uses information about the Client only for the purpose of processing the Order, sending messages to the Client, providing Services, etc. Confidentiality of Personal Data is mandatory for compliance by the Contractor.12.3. Personal data is part of confidential information and is provided by the Client solely on a voluntary basis and with their consent when using the Website and receiving Services.
12.4. Purpose and objectives of processing the Client's personal dataThe "TSVIT" School processes the Clients' personal data to properly fulfill obligations regarding the provision of educational services, including service registration, service payment, communication with the Client (through the communication channel specified as the most convenient - email, messengers, telephone communication), marketing activities.12.5. Composition of personal data subject to processing– Name and surname (in Cyrillic or Latin).– Email address.– Phone number.– Place of residence (time zone).– Comments on special learning conditions for the child.
12.6. Legal grounds for data processingPersonal data is processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) dated April 27, 2016, and the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI, with amendments and additions.12.7. The Contractor processes the Client's/Student's personal data only if the Client's consent is available, given during the registration for trial classes. By registering and clicking the "Submit" button, you agree to the Privacy Policy and give consent to the processing of personal data. Consent to the processing of personal data may be obtained by checking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data and agree to the Privacy Policy."
12.8. Consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary. The absence of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to use the School's Services. The Client bears all responsibility and possible consequences for providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous, or outdated information.
12.9. Client's rights regarding the transfer and processing of personal data:– To know the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or residence (location) of the controller or processor of personal data. This information can be obtained by contacting the Contractor with the appropriate request.– To withdraw consent to the collection and processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons. The request may be for the withdrawal of consent to the processing partially, for example, withdrawing consent to receive
